Permission granted for educational and non-commercial uses

If you would like to use images from this site for school papers, educational purposes and non-commercial uses, all you have to do is add the reference to your material wherever the images appear:

This is an authorization to use up to ten images from the site in your material.

You may also include portions of the text of the site with the same reference.

Please note that this is NOT an authorization to copy substantial portions of this site and include it in your material or represent it as your own work.

Before using any of the images on this site for commercial or for-profit uses, please contact me to obtain authorization via e-mail for each specific use.  Some of the images on this site are original copyrighted images.  Others are in the public domain.  Sources are unknown for some images.

As the images on this site were developed for web usage, their resolution is not generally adequate for print.  If you see images that you would like in higher resolutions, I have developed custom images for text books and will be happy to quote you on your specific requirements.
